Setting up low postage balance reminder emails
Learn how to receive email notifications when a postage meter balance falls below a chosen threshold.
Sign in to your account to set low balance alerts to ensure you don't run out of postage funds on your meter. Each time the available funds go below the chosen amount, a reminder email will be sent.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Your Products menu and click Postage Meters.
- Select the meter to set the alerts for.
- Select the Edit link below the low balance alert message on the right.
- Enter the required amount and select Save to confirm.
