Setting up low postage balance reminder emails

Learn how to receive email notifications when a postage meter balance falls below a chosen threshold.
Set low balance alerts to ensure you don't run out of postage funds on your meter. Each time the available funds go below the chosen amount, a reminder email will be sent.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. Expand the Your Products section from the top bar and select Postage Meters
  3. Select the meter to set the alerts for. 
  4. Select the Edit link below the low balance alert message on the right. 
  5. Enter the required amount and select Save to confirm.
