Replacing a parcel preset on the on the DM300C-DM475

If you have a preset for USPS Retail Ground, First-Class Package, or Parcel Select Ground, you must delete the old present and create a new preset to use the inscription for USPS Ground Advantage.

Delete the old preset

1. Press Menu.
2. Press Page Down and select Preset Options.
3. Press Page Down and select Delete presets.
4. Select the old preset.
5. Select Yes, Delete.

Create a new preset

1. Place a parcel on the scale.
2. Select Class, then select Ground Adv.
3. Select extra services, if desired.
4. Press Enter.
5. Press Custom Presets.
6. Select Create New Custom Preset.
7. Enter a name for the Custom Preset.
8. Press Accept.
9. Select Yes to confirm that all values are correct.
10. Press Home to return to the Home screen.
