Ground rates are missing on the DM100i-DM225
The new USPS Ground Advantage™ new service combines the services formerly known as USPS Retail Ground®, First-Class Package®, and Parcel Select Ground® on the on the DM100i-DM225.
Products affected: DM100i®, DM125™, DM200L™, DM225™
Issue
The ground and parcel services are missing from the menu.
Cause
The new USPS Ground Advantage™ new service combines the services formerly known as USPS Retail Ground®, First-Class Package®, and Parcel Select Ground®.
Resolution
Follow the instructions to use the new service, and to replace your presets and inscriptions.
