Updating a credit card in the PitneyShip mobile app
If you need to update one or more of your credit cards, you can make the necessary changes using the PitneyShip mobile app.
- If you use a credit card, you can update your credit card information as needed using the instructions below.
- If you use a Line of Credit (Purchase Power) or a Deposit Account (Reserve Account) and wish to change your payment method, or if you use a credit card and wish to change to a Line of Credit (Purchase Power) or a Deposit Account (Reserve Account), please chat with us.
- Tap More > Payment Method.
- Tap on the credit card you need to update.
- Tap Update Card.
- Make the desired changes and tap Submit.
Note: You will not be able to update the card number, card type, or CVV.
