Viewing payment history in Your Account
Sign in to Your Account to view your payment history, including payments you've made and the invoices those payments were applied to.
Use Your Account to view your payment history, including payment details and the invoices associated with each payment.
View payment history
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Your Account.
- Select Billing > Payment History.
- For prepaid account payments, click Account Activity from the left navigation bar.
- A list of all your recent payments applied to your accounts will appear.
