"Printer Error There's a problem with your printer" on the SendPro Mailstation

Issue

"Printer Error There's a problem with your printer" message appears on the SendPro Mailstation. This error message will also include one of the following reference numbers: PRN-1001, PRN-1002, PRN-1003, PRN-1004, PRN-2002, PRN-2004, PRN-3004, PRN-4001, PRN-4002, PRN-4101, PRN-4102, PRN-4103, PRN-4104, PRN-4105, or PRN-4106. 

If the reference number is PRN-2002 or PRN-2004, the power button will be red.

Resolution

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the machine.
  2. Wait ten seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back in firmly.
  4. Tap the power button.
