"Error 403 You do not have permission to perform the requested action" in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
If you see the message "Error 403 You do not have permission to perform the requested action", the email address you are logging in with does not have access to the system.

When trying to sign in to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise, the following error message appears:
You do not have permission to perform the requested action.
Please check permissions.
Here are some things to try.
Check for typos and try again.

If you are the account holder, please chat with us.
