Canceling a PitneyShip subscription

If you are the account administrator, you can cancel your subscription.

Products affected: PitneyShip®

If you are the account administrator, you can cancel your PitneyShip subscription from within PitneyShip.

  • This only applies to PitneyShip. PitneyShip Pro and PitneyShip Enterprise cannot be cancelled online.
  • If you lease a meter that is tied to your PitneyShip subscription, contact your sales representative.
  • If you are not the account administrator, you will not see these options. Contact your administrator.
  • If you are the account administrator but you do not see either the Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription option, please chat with us for assistance.

Important: Your original subscription terms determine whether you can change your subscription. Depending on your subscription type and purchase agreement, you may have restrictions that limit your available options.

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip.
  2. Select your name in the upper right.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription.
  4. If you selected Manage Subscription in step 3, select Cancel Subscription next to your subscription.
  5. Select the reason for canceling, enter any additional information, and submit the form.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
