Changing your shipping address and payment method for AutoInk
You can update the payment method and delivery address for your AutoInk subscription using your online portal.
You can update the payment method and delivery address for your AutoInk subscription using your online portal.
- Go to the signin page.
- If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
- Select the Your Products menu and click Postage Meters.
- Select the meter for which you would like to update the settings.
- Click AutoInk Settings.
- Click Change for the shipping address or payment method.
- Enter the new information and click Submit.
