Resolve the issue when an invoice or statement did not print correctly

Instructions on how to resolve the issue when printing an invoice or statement and random characters were printed.


You have printed an invoice or statement but it has not printed correctly. 


  1. Save the PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat. 
  2. Open the print menu File > Print or click CTRL + P on your keyboard. 
  3. Click the Advanced button. 
  4. Select the Print as Image checkbox and click OK. 
  5. Reprint the image.
