Updating the PitneyShip Cube firmware in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise

You can update the PitneyShip Cube firmware using DeviceHub in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise.

You can update the PitneyShip Cube firmware using DeviceHub in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise. Before beginning, ensure DeviceHub is activated, and your PitneyShip Cube is turned on and connected to your computer using the USB cable.

  1. Log in to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, and PitneyShip Enterprise.
  2. Click the gear icon to access settings and select PitneyShip Cube.
    Note: If PitneyShip Cube does not appear under Settings, please contact your Admin.
  3. Take note of the current PitneyShip Cube firmware version.

  4. Right-click the DeviceHub icon in the system tray and select Open DeviceHub.

  5. Select Update Firmware. Note: Your PitneyShip Cube must be connected via USB.

The LED will flash orange during the update and return to solid white when it is complete. The PitneyShip Cube will print a label showing the newly updated firmware. Compare this to the earlier firmware version to confirm the update was successful.
