Updating the PitneyShip Cube firmware in PitneyShip

You can update the PitneyShip Cube firmware using DeviceHub in PitneyShip.

You can update the PitneyShip Cube firmware using DeviceHub in PitneyShip. Before beginning, ensure your PitneyShip Cube is turned on and connected to your computer using the USB cable.

  1. Log in to PitneyShip.
  2. Click the gear icon to access settings and select PitneyShip Cube.
  3. Take note of the current PitneyShip Cube firmware version.
  4. Right-click the DeviceHub icon in the system tray and select PitneyShip Cube Firmware Update.

Do not disconnect the USB cable or power cord during the update. The LED will be flashing orange during the update and will return to solid white when it completes. The PitneyShip Cube will print out a label that shows the newly updated firmware. Compare this to the earlier firmware version to confirm the update was successful.
