Allowing or requiring users to select sub-accounts in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise
Administrators can allow or require users to select sub-accounts when assigning cost accounts. When this setting is enabled, users will be able to select sub-accounts and sub-sub-accounts. When this setting is required, users will only be able to select sub-sub-accounts.

Administrators can allow or require users to select sub-accounts when assigning cost accounts. When this setting is enabled, users will be able to select sub-accounts and sub-sub-accounts. When this setting is required, users will only be able to select sub-sub-accounts. When this setting is disabled, users will only be able to select parent accounts.
- Select Settings > Cost Accounts.
- Select Settings.
- Select Show Cost Account Hierarchy.
- (PitneyShip Enterprise only) To require users to select the lowest available level of sub sub account (child account) when assigning cost accounts, select Require Cost Account Hierarchy.
- Select Update.
