Connecting your Magento store to PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise allows you to manage data between both platforms.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your Magento account. Refer to the Magento help for more information.

  • API URL: Your API URL is the Base URL shown in the Magento Admin panel under Stores > Settings > Configuration > Web.
  • Access Token: Obtaining your access token requires adding an API integration. When doing so, select Custom under Resource Access and choose Sales, Catalog, My Account, and Stores.

Adding your Magento account

  1. From the Shipping & Mailing menu, select Ship Orders.
  2. Select +Add Integration or +Add Store.
  3. Select the Magento icon.

  4. Enter the API URL and Access Token.

  5. Select Connect or Connect Store.
  6. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
