Cause

There is an issue with the registry entries for PB Command Center.

Resolution

  1. Select Start > Run.
  2. Type regedit.
  3. Browse to path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\.
  4. Right-click on PPDashboard and select Export. Enter a name and select Save.
  5. Right-click on PPDashboard and select Delete > Yes.
  6. Close the Registry Editor.
  7. Open PB Command Center and go to Settings.
  8. The default path for ExecPAth is C:\pbCCMExec.
    Note: This path may be different depending on your setup.
  9. The default path for DataPath is C:\pbCCMData.
    Note: This path may be different depending on your setup.
  10. Change the Custcode to your client code.
  11. The default PlanetPress Service to watch is PPWatch8. If this is a remote computer, then change it to Spooler.
  12. Select SAVE AND CLOSE > Yes.
