Issue
When trying to open the PB Command Center, the message "Faulting application name: PB Command Center.exe" appears. The full message is:

Cause
There is an issue with the registry entries for PB Command Center.
Resolution
- Select Start > Run.
- Type regedit.
- Browse to path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\.
- Right-click on PPDashboard and select Export. Enter a name and select Save.
- Right-click on PPDashboard and select Delete > Yes.
- Close the Registry Editor.
- Open PB Command Center and go to Settings.
- The default path for ExecPAth is C:\pbCCMExec.
Note: This path may be different depending on your setup. - The default path for DataPath is C:\pbCCMData.

- The default PlanetPress Service to watch is PPWatch8. If this is a remote computer, then change it to Spooler.
- Select SAVE AND CLOSE > Yes.
