Setting up the McKesson connector in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can connect McKesson to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise to transfer your pharmacy order data from McKesson.

Before you begin

Before connecting McKesson, be sure you have the following information from McKesson:

• Enterpriserx URL
• Certificate

Connecting McKesson to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

1. Open the connector screen:
   • PitneyShip Pro or Office version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
     1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
     2. Select Add a Connector.
   • Warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
     1. Select Settings > Integrations.
     2. Select Add Integration.
2. Select McKesson.
3. Enter the Enterpriserx URL.
4. Click Upload File to upload the certificate.
5. Click Connect.
6. (Optional) Select your default carrier and service settings.
7. Click Finish.

Disconnecting McKesson

1. Open the connector screen:
   • PitneyShip Pro or Office version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
     1. Select Shipping & Mailing > Advanced Shipping.
   • Warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise:
     1. Select Settings > Integrations.
2. Select Disconnect next to the McKesson integration you wish to disconnect.
