Unable to the click rate or print buttons in SendPro Enterprise

Issue

The rate or print buttons are disabled (greyed out) when trying to rate or print a shipment in SendPro Enterprise.

Cause

Information is missing from one or more required fields when trying to rate or print a shipment.

Resolution

Confirm all required fields are populated. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

The most common fields that are not populated are listed below: 

• Phone number and Ship from phone number: Enter at least one character or a 10 digit phone number.
• Attention To: Enter at least one character.
• Weight: You can enter a weight manually or get the weight from the scale.
• Cost center: Enter the cost center from the References tab.
