"Missing or invalid shipper phone number" message in SendPro Enterprise

The message "Missing or invalid shipper phone number" when shipping a package means that the one of the addresses does not contain a valid phone number.

Issue

When shipping a package, the message "Missing or invalid shipper phone number" appears.

Cause

The Ship From address or the Alternative Return Address do not contain a valid phone number.

Resolution

Solution 1: The error occurs during normal processing:
Verify that the Phone Number field on the Ship From tab contains a valid phone number.

If an Alternative Return Address is being used, verify that the Phone Number field on the Alternative Return Address tab contains a valid phone number.
