Downloading your data from PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, and the Locker Management Module

If needed, you can download your data from PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, and the Locker Management Module in CSV format. For Inbound Receiving (PitneyTrack Inbound only), the data will also include a Media folder with any photos and signatures associated with the downloaded records.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Select Settings > Data Management.
2. Select Download Application Data.
3. Select the data you wish to download.
   
4. Select the calendar ions and select date range of the data you wish to download. Only one year of data can be downloaded at a time.
   
5. Select Submit Download.
6. Once the status changes to Completed, select the Download icon to download the file.
   

If you want to be notified when your data files are ready to be downloaded:

1. Select the Notification Preferences tab.
2. Enter the email addresses you want to be notified (up to 10), pressing Enter or typing a comma after each one.
