Using the TC72 / TC52 OCR scanner in SendPro Enterprise

1. Turn on and swipe up to unlock the device.
2. Open the OCR app.
3. Tap [Paired]FeasycomLE and wait for it to connect.
4. If it does not connect reinsert the USB device into the USB port on the PC. It should be flashing blue.
5. Tap Scan new label.
6. Point the camera at the address you wish to capture. There are two possible methods to capture the address: 

• Default Mode

1. Capture the image by tapping the screen to set the focus area.
2. Tap the camera icon when the focus circle is green.
3. Draw a rectangle around the required address.
4. Tap the crop button to send the image to SendPro Enterprise (or wherever the cursor is on the pc).
5. Ensure the cursor is in the Attention To field in the SendPro Enterprise app.

• Image scan mode: 
  1. The device will automatically attempt to identify the address.
  2. Tap the image when it is captured.
  3. Tap the Done button to send the image to SendPro Enterprise (or wherever the cursor is on the pc).
  4. Ensure the cursor is on the Attention To field in SendPro Enterprise.

Helpful tips for accurate results:

• Use printed addresses only
• Ideally use a 12 pt block font
• 0.8 or less spacing between lines
• Hold the device 4 to 8 inches from the target address
• Operate in a well lit environment free of shadows over the target address
