Dedicating and reserving a locker in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers
You can dedicate and reserve a locker to a department or an individual recipient. This ensures packages are always available in a defined locker.

You can dedicate and reserve a locker to a department or an individual recipient. This ensures packages are always available in a defined locker.
Setting up the dedicated locker
- Click Lockers > Manage Lockers.
- Click Dedicated Locker Mode.
- Select a locker.
- Select Individual Recipient or Department.
- Enter the recipient's name or select the department, then click Assign Locker.
Reserving the dedicated locker
- Select Lockers > Reserve Locker.
- Select Deliver.
- Enter the Package Details.
- Scan or enter the ID in the Tracking ID field. This may be defined by the customer, the company, or the tracking number of the carrier. Scan the carrier barcode, enter the tracking number manually, or click + to generate a unique tracking number. All available package information is automatically filled in.
- Under Package Type, select Individual or Department.
- In the Recipient field, start typing the name of the recipient or department.
- The name must already be in the system's address book.
- Once you enter the first 3 letters of the recipient's name, the system displays all of the names and addresses beginning with those letters.
- Select the recipient.
- If you only selected one locker, the locker is automatically populated. Alternatively, select a locker.
- If you want to reserve a new locker, deselect Show Dedicated Lockers. From the Locker Size menu, select the appropriate locker size.
- Select Reserve.
Canceling the dedicated locker
- Click Lockers > Manage Lockers.
- Click Dedicated Locker Mode.
- Select the locker you want to remove the dedicated status from.
- Select Unassign Locker.
