Syncing ecommerce orders in ShipAccel
Orders are automatically synced with your connected ecommerce stores when you sign in, after you print a label, and when you arrive on the Orders screen (if you leave that screen and come back). You can also sync them manually at any time.

Orders are automatically synced with your connected ecommerce stores when you sign in to ShipAccel, after you print a label, and when you arrive on the Orders screen (if you leave that screen and come back). You can also sync them manually at any time.
What's synced?
The store connectors sync orders from the last 30 days that are both Paid and Unfulfilled
Before you begin
There are 2 different versions of the Orders screen.
- If you see this banner, then you are still using Method 1. If you click the Update Now button, then you will be switched to our new orders screen, Method 2.
- If you do not see this banner, then you are already using Method 2.
Method 1
- On the Ship Orders tab, select Sync Orders at the top of the orders list.
Method 2
- On the Orders screen, select Sync Orders in the lower left.
