Scheduling imports of ERR files in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise
You can set up a schedule to pull your ERR files from a secure SFTP server automatically so that you don't have to manually import them one by one.

You can set up a schedule to pull your ERR files from a secure SFTP server automatically so that you don't have to manually import them one by one.
Scheduling imports
- Select > Import ERR List.
- Select Upload File > Configure Automatic Import.
- Select the Text Delimiter that is used in your file.
- Enter the File Path and SFTP Server URL.
- Enter the Username and Password for the SFTP site.
- Select the Test Access button to test the connection.
- Select Notifications.
- Enter the email address(es) you want to be notified if the import fails.
- Select Schedule.
- Select the Days and Time you wish the import to occur.
- Select Continue.
- In the Configure Automatic Import window, match your CSV file fields in the Your CSV Fields column with the system's fields in the ERR Fields column, then select Save Configuration.
Job status
To view the status of your scheduled imports:
- Select > Import ERR List.
- Go to the Automatic Import List tab and select History.
Viewing, editing, and deleting scheduled imports
To view, edit, or delete scheduled ERR imports:
- Select > Import ERR List.
- Go to the Automatic Import List tab and select Configurations.
