Latest Updates

Changes to Bill To section

We've updated the Bill To section under Accounting and Reference. These changes apply to both domestic and international shipments.

The Bill To field is now divided into two parts: Shipping Cost (formerly Transportation Cost) and Duties and Taxes. For international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, users will see fields for Bill Shipping Cost To and Bill Duties and Taxes To.
Bill To options for international shipping labels

For domestic shipments with UPS and FedEx, users will only see the Bill Shipping Cost To field. The default values for both fields will be Sender, but these can be updated as needed.

Ship Orders file size upload limit

We've implemented a 5MB file size limit when uploading an import orders file. If users try to upload files larger than 5MB, they will see an error message: "Maximum file size allowed is 5MB."

Added prompt to download PitneyShip mobile app

When mobile users log into PitneyShip using a mobile web browser, the system detects when users access PitneyShip through a mobile or tablet web browser and displays a dialog box encouraging them to download the mobile app. This prompt appears each time users log in to PitneyShip via mobile.

The dialog box presents two options: Continue in Browser and Download App. If users choose Continue in Browser, they can continue using PitneyShip through the mobile web browser. If they select Download App, they will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to download the mobile app. After downloading the app, users must log in again using their credentials.
