Viewing expected vs. actual delivery times in PitneyTrack Enterprise
You can see which packages are getting delayed with respect to the expected delivery time you set in carrier services.

You can see which packages are getting delayed with respect to the expected delivery time you set in carrier services.
- From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package Activity under Packages.
- Select Columns.
- Select any of the following columns: Carrier Service, Target Delivery, Actual Delivery, Paused, and Delayed.
- Select the Views menu.
- Select Save as New View.
- Enter a name for the view. If you want to save the view as your default view, select the Make this my default view checkbox.
- Select Save.
