Issue

Your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto is displaying the wrong price for your mail piece.

Cause

There are 3 main reasons your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto may be displaying the wrong price:

• The weight of the mail piece is incorrect. This may be due to a malfunctioning scale or an incorrect selected manual weight.
• An incorrect class or special service.
• The rate file is out of date.

Resolution

Incorrect weight

The most common reason for the SendPro C to display an incorrect price is an incorrect weight. This can be due to an issue with the scale or not having the correct manual weight selected.

Wrong class or fee selected

An incorrect price may be caused by selecting the wrong class or special service. Examples of common classes and special services are listed below.

Rate file out of date

If the rates on the SendPro C are out of date they may cause an incorrect price. This is unlikely due to the SendPro C automatically downloading new rates when available. But if the SendPro C has been disconnected or offline for an extended period you may wish to update manually, see:
