What’s new

Spot the lowest shipping rates instantly

New columns in the Shipment Detail Report display the lowest available rate and related service details, helping you spot cost-saving opportunities and make informed shipping decisions. Media Mail and Library Mail are excluded.
How it works:

For all shipment transactions, the backend rating engine populates the lowest eligible rate. If Media Mail or Library Mail would be lowest, the next eligible service is recommended. Values also feed into Potential Savings calculations for Rate Reporting clients.

Latest Updates

Track refunds with full visibility

Refund Status now shows Submitted, Denied, or Approved for full visibility, and a new Addl. Surcharge Refund column tracks surcharge refunds. Total Chargeback Amount calculations now include surcharge adjustments for greater transparency.
Where to view:
  1. Open the Shipment Detail Report.
  2. See updated Refund Status and Addl. Surcharge Refund columns.
  3. Total Chargeback Amount now reflects surcharge adjustments.

Export Excel reports that actually make sense

Excel exports now mirror on-screen reports with structured sections, report titles, headers, applied filters, and optional metadata, making reports easier to analyze and use for business decisions.
How it works:

Use the new Include Report Information checkbox under Export or Schedule menus to include report titles, filters, and metadata. When unchecked, only raw data is exported. Applies to standard, favorite, and scheduled reports.

Customize your shipping reports

Custom Fields can now be added in Shipping reports and dashboards, enabling flexible tracking and reporting. They appear in Shipment Detail and Spend Summary reports, and can be used in global filters for accurate segmentation.
How it works:
  1. Go to the Shipping section.
  2. Create or apply Custom Fields.
  3. See them reflected in Shipment Detail and Spend Summary Reports.
  4. Use them as selectable filters under Global Filters for refined reporting.
