What’s new
Filter reports by cost account code
A new Cost Account Code filter lets users search and filter reports by both code and name. This simplifies financial reporting and reconciliation across all reporting modules, ensuring results match the selected account type.
How it works:
- The filter appears next to the Cost Account Name filter and adjusts automatically based on Billable or Non-Billable account type.
- Applies to reports including Spend Summary, Shipment Details, Refill Reports, Refundable Labels, and Advisor Report.
- Using both filters together applies an AND condition so results appear only when both match the same record.
Shipment performance now at a glance
A new Shipment Performance matrix on the Carrier & Services dashboard gives users a complete view of delivery metrics. Teams can quickly track on-time performance, undelivered shipments, trends, and problem areas—all in one visual dashboard.
How it works:
- Displays real-time metrics like undelivered shipment counts, delivered volume, on-time performance, and trends.
- Users can drill into detailed lists of packages still in transit or delivered late.
- Enables leadership to get high-level insights while operations teams can address specific issues efficiently.
