What’s new:
Enhanced User Export report
The User Export report now provides more complete and accurate cost center information with improved data retrieval and an additional export field.
How it works:
The report now includes DefaultCostAcctCode and renames Default_Cost_Account_Name to DefaultCostAcctName. Both fields are populated when cost center data is available.
Enhanced activity audit logging
Activity Audit Logs now provide better visibility into authentication and user access activity with expanded tracking for security and compliance.
How it works:
The audit log captures failed login attempts and user role actions, including role creation, updates, deletion, assignments, and removals, in one searchable location.
Custom Rating Class management
A new Analytics menu makes it easier to manage Custom Rating Class mappings and analyze spending using your configured rating class names.
Where to view:
Go to the new Analytics menu to upload and manage Custom Rating Class mappings through CSV imports or direct table editing. Custom Rating Class grouping is also available in the Spend Summary Report.
