What’s New
USPS 6x4 IMb labels for letters
You can now print USPS 6x4 Intelligent Mail® Barcode (IMb) labels for First-Class Mail letters and envelopes. These labels include built-in tracking, making it easier to monitor delivery.
Where to view:
- Go to Stamps screen
- Select First-Class Mail
- Choose 6x4 label under Stamp Options
After a successful label is generated, the confirmation message includes a link to Shipment History for easy access.
Latest Updates
PB Rate accounts for FedEx and UPS
Enterprise users can now ship with FedEx and UPS using Pitney Bowes Rate accounts. Accounts are activated by an Enterprise Admin, making it easier for teams to access PB rates.
How it works:
- Activated by an Enterprise Admin during Rate Shopping or Carrier Account onboarding
- Regular users can’t activate or manage accounts
- USPS onboarding and a payment method in Payment Preferences are required
- Accounts won’t appear if a FedEx or UPS account already exists
