What’s New
Update payment methods without leaving checkout
You can now update your primary payment method directly while adding postage. This streamlines checkout and helps ensure future refills use the payment method you prefer.
Where to view:
- Open the Add Postage modal
- Select Payment Method to view available options
- Choose a new method
- (Optional) Check Save as default payment method for postage refills
Latest Updates
Add extra stamp services in one click
Extra mailing services can now be added faster with a new Quick Add option. This reduces steps when applying services like Certified Mail® across stamp flows.
Where to view:
- Start a Stamp Sheet, Stamp Roll, or Stamp Envelope flow
- Go to Add Extra Services
- Click the + icon under Certified Mail®
- Add or remove services as needed
More time to reprint shipping documents
You now have up to 30 days to reprint shipping labels and documents after a shipment is created, giving you more flexibility to access important records.
How it works:
The 30-day reprint window applies to shipments created on or after November 23, 2025. Supported documents include labels, receipts, packing slips, certificates of origin, and carrier documents for DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.
