Refill postage with as little as $1
The minimum postage refill amount has been reduced from $5 to $1 across both Shipping and Mailing workflows. This added flexibility makes it easier to manage postage balances by allowing smaller refills whenever you need them.
Personal shipping setup made simpler
Our onboarding experience has been streamlined to make setup faster and easier. When users switch to their Personal profile, a guided setup modal helps ensure required details are completed and prepares the account for personal shipments.
How it works:
- When users switch to the Personal profile, a setup modal appears until a Default Sender Address is entered.
- A tooltip confirms when the user is in the Personal profile.
- Users creating a Personal Account must enter their address, name, and phone number.
- The entered address automatically becomes the default sender address, and USPS is onboarded automatically.
- After completing setup, users are prompted to add a payment method, then choose to Add Carriers or Start Shipping.
Easily browse long cost account lists
Cost Account lists now support scrolling, making it easier to navigate and select from large lists. Previously, when more than 15 Cost Accounts shared the same prefix, users could only see the first group and couldn’t access the rest of the list.
How it works:
Users can browse and select from all available accounts, even when many accounts share the same prefix.
