What’s new
Add pallet weight to freight shipments
Warehouse fulfillment users can now include pallet weight in custom freight shipments to improve shipment accuracy across Bills of Lading and shipment records.
How it works:
When the pallet weight option is selected, the entered pallet weight is added to the total shipment weight. The combined weight appears on the printed Bill of Lading and the shipment History page.
*This update only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.

See UPS pickup charges before booking
UPS pickup charges now display directly during scheduling after all required details are entered, giving you better visibility into pickup costs before submitting.
How it works:
Pickup charges appear once all required scheduling fields are completed. If UPS rates are unavailable, the charge will not display and rating errors may occur during scheduling.
