Set USPS rules based on Hazmat status

USPS automation rules now support Hazmat status so you can route or restrict based on hazardous materials.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Ship Orders.
  2. Select Automation Rules.
  3. Choose Hazmat under Condition Entity.
