Add importer details to international shipments

Provide Importer of Record and tax information for eligible UPS and FedEx international shipments to help prepare cross-border shipments with required information.
How it works:
  • The Importer of Record defaults to the recipient, with an option to select an alternate importer.
  • Importer and tax information is included with eligible carrier requests.
  • Tax Identifier requirements reflect whether the importer is a business or individual.

Manage contacts with role-based permissions

Give administrators more control over contact management by assigning specific permissions for shared and private contact actions based on each user’s role.
How it works:
  • Assign permissions for creating, editing, deleting, importing and exporting contacts.
  • Control shared and private contact permissions separately.
  • Users see only the contact actions available to their assigned role.

Control cost account access by role

Give administrators more control over cost accounts by assigning permissions for individual management tasks and settings based on each user’s role.
How it works:
  • Assign permissions for creating, updating, deleting, importing and exporting cost accounts.
  • Manage access to cost account settings separately.
  • Users see only the functions available to their assigned role.
