What’s new

Consignee Type for EU Shipments

Help meet EU customs requirements by identifying eligible shipment recipients as a Business (B2B) or Consumer (B2C). The selected Consignee Type is saved with the shipment and available to view in Shipment History.
How it works:

For eligible shipments to EU countries with supported carriers, select Business (B2B) or Consumer (B2C) when creating your shipment. The field is optional, and you can continue processing if no selection is made.

Enhanced Bulk Contact Management

Manage and delete large volumes of contacts more efficiently with improved bulk deletion. New options let you delete all shared, private, or selected contacts while added protections help prevent accidental removal of verified sender contacts.
How it works:

Large contact deletion requests are now processed asynchronously for improved reliability. Choose whether to delete recipients only or recipients and senders, and use new options to manage shared, private, or selected contacts. Verified sender contacts remain protected from bulk deletion.

Enhanced International Shipping Compliance

Ship internationally with added compliance support for UPS and FedEx. Select an Importer of Record, follow dynamic Tax ID validation requirements, and benefit from enhanced Duties & Taxes billing for eligible U.S.-to-Canada shipments.
How it works:

During shipment creation, the recipient is selected as the default Importer of Record, with the option to choose another importer. Tax ID and Tax Type requirements adjust based on the importer’s address type to help ensure the required information is provided.

Improved Notification Log Visibility

Get greater visibility into notification activity with new Notification Type and Status columns. Sort records, review email delivery status, and use improved search and filtering controls to find the notifications you need more easily.
