What’s New

Easily download your shipping receipts

Download receipts for USPS Postage Refill Card and UPS and FedEx PB Rates transactions right from the Payment Methods screen—making it simple to track and manage your shipping payments.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings > Payment Methods > History.
  2. Click Invoice to download receipts in PDF format.

Receipts available for:

  • UPS and FedEx PB Rates shipping labels
  • UPS PB Rates scheduled pickups
  • USPS Postage Refill transactions
  • UPS and FedEx PB Rates short-pay or overpay transactions

Schedule or cancel UPS pickups in one place

UPS PB Rates users can now schedule and cancel pickups directly in PitneyShip using a credit card for payment—no separate UPS login needed. Pickup details and charges are clearly displayed for full visibility.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Shipping > Carrier Pickup.
  2. View or cancel your scheduled pickups.
  3. Pickup charges appear in Settings > Payment Methods > History, labeled Pickup.

Cancelled pickups are automatically refunded.

You can now see Internal Notes, Item Condition, and Variants from marketplace orders directly in the Order Detail view. Get better visibility into seller instructions and product details during fulfillment.
