What’s new:

View and filter order notes from grid

You can now view Customer Notes and Internal Notes directly from the Orders Grid by adding them as optional columns. This makes it easier to manage note-based workflows, filter orders with notes, and include notes in exports without opening each order.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the Orders Grid
  2. Use column settings to add Customer or Internal Notes
  3. Apply filters to view orders with or without notes
  4. Export orders with notes included

Latest Updates

FedEx claim option removed from shipments

The Claim Insurance option has been removed from the Shipment History page for FedEx PB Rate shipments following recent FedEx process changes. This option will remain unavailable until further updates are provided by FedEx.
