Combine multiple orders into one shipment

You can now manually merge eligible orders directly from the Orders Grid to create one consolidated shipment. Maintain full visibility of each original order while simplifying fulfillment, printing, editing, and billing in a single workflow.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the Orders Grid
  2. Select eligible orders
  3. Choose Merge Orders
  4. Select a primary order and create the shipment

Centralize FedEx billing across locations

Enterprise users can now onboard a FedEx PB Rate account to centralize billing under one payer account. This simplifies multi-location shipping, reduces administrative work, and creates a more consistent way to manage FedEx charges.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Carriers
  3. Add a FedEx PB Rate account

Latest Updates

Find the right address faster

The Recipient Address Book now displays both Sender and Recipient addresses in a single view during label creation. This streamlined experience keeps address selection consistent and makes it faster to choose the right contact.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Create Shipping Label
  2. Select the Address Book icon
  3. Switch between Sender and Recipient within the same window

Print UPS certificate instantly

You can now print the UPS-generated Certificate of Origin directly from the print window. Generate the document instantly on standard paper and reprint it later from Shipment History within existing carrier limits.
Where to view:
  1. Create a UPS shipment
  2. Open the Print Options window
  3. Select Certificate of Origin
  4. Print on standard 8.5 x 11 paper
