What’s New

Update payment methods without leaving checkout

You can now update your primary payment method directly while adding postage. This streamlines checkout and helps ensure future refills use the payment method you prefer.
Where to view:
  1. Open the Add Postage modal
  2. Select Payment Method to view available options
  3. Choose a new method
  4. (Optional) Check Save as default payment method for postage refills

Open orders in full shipping view by default

You can now set a preference to open every order directly in the full shipping view. This removes the need to manually expand orders and helps high-volume fulfillment teams work more efficiently.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Admin Options

Latest Updates

More time to reprint shipping documents

You now have up to 30 days to reprint shipping labels and documents after a shipment is created, giving you more flexibility to access important records.
How it works:

The 30-day reprint window applies to shipments created on or after November 23, 2025. Supported documents include labels, receipts, packing slips, certificates of origin, and carrier documents for DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.
