What's New
Update FedEx account during authentication
Quickly fix FedEx account mismatches during authentication to avoid disruptions and keep shipping on track.
How it works:
1. During FedEx authentication, if your account details don’t match, an Edit icon appears.
2. Click to update your address, name, company, email, or phone number.
3. Save your changes to complete authentication.
Filter by product SKU in Ship Orders grid
Use the new Items Filter Panel to quickly locate orders by searching and selecting specific product SKUs.
How it works:
- Expand the Items Filter Panel.
- Search and select SKUs with type-ahead suggestions.
- Apply filters or click Reset to clear.
Add context when canceling orders
Choose a cancellation reason from a predefined list to help explain why an order was canceled.
How it works:
- Change the order status to Canceled.
- A Reason menu appears with options like Customer Initiated, Fraud, or Out of Stock.
Sort even more columns in Ship Orders grid
You can now sort additional columns like Order Number, Recipient Name, and more—making it easier to organize your workflow.
How it works:
- Sort columns like Order Number, Recipient Name, Order Age, and more in either direction.
- Sorting preferences save per view.
