Priority Mail now shows top extra services

USPS Priority Mail now highlights key extra services—Certified Mail, Return Receipt, and Return Receipt Electronic—making it easier to choose what you need.
Where to view:
  1. Start creating a USPS Priority Mail label.
  2. Find extra services at the top of the options list.

Return Receipt options only appear when Certified Mail is selected.

Extended rating and rate shopping hours

Rating and Rate Shopping functionality is now available after 5 PM in all time zones, giving you more flexibility for late-day shipments.
How it works:

Rate and compare shipping options any time after 5 PM—functionality is available across all time zones without restrictions.

View Cost Account, Pickup Service Type, and whether a return was included—so you can quickly verify completed pickups and keep a more complete record of your shipping activity.
Where to view:
  1. Go to History.
  2. Select the Pickup tab.

Improved workflow after printing a label

After printing a label from the full-page order view, users now remain on the same screen for a smoother workflow. This behavior can be configured in Admin Options.
Where to view:
  1. Open a full-page order view.
  2. Print the label.
  3. You will remain on the same screen; change this behavior in Admin Options if desired.

Search for multiple orders at once

ShipAccel now lets you enter multiple order numbers in a single search using a comma-separated field, saving time and making order management more efficient.
How it works:

Enter multiple order numbers separated by commas in the search bar. The system returns results for all orders in one view.
