Automatic package weight capture

ShipAccel now captures package weight automatically from a connected scale. When enabled, weights are pulled in during order processing for more accurate and consistent shipments.
How it works:
  • Enable Automatically get weight in Admin settings
  • Weight is captured from the connected scale during order scan
  • No manual scale interaction needed

Latest Updates

View tracking status from the order grid

You can now view the latest shipment tracking status directly from the Order Grid, helping you stay in your workflow while monitoring deliveries.
Where to view:
  • Click the tracking number in the Order Grid
  • Available in sidebar and full-page views

Keyword-based SKU filtering

SKU searches now support keyword-based filtering, letting you search using partial text to quickly find and group related SKUs and speed up order management.
How it works:
  • Enter one or more keywords instead of full SKUs
  • Use SKUs contain filtering options
  • Matching SKUs appear automatically in order results
