Your Royal Mail licence and free trial* have been activated. You are now ready to start sending letters and parcels with SendPro Online.
If you haven’t already, follow the steps below to get started.
Tip: Access SendPro Online through your online account or bookmark the page.
Step 2: To connect SendPro Online to a printer or scale, please install Device Hub.
Go to ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner and select ‘My Devices’. Download and run the Device Hub Installer. This will connect your printer and scale, if you have them, to SendPro Online.
Why do I need to do this? Device hub helps you to install and manage all of your peripherals; network or desktop printers, thermal label printers and scales for weighing items. All your peripheral drivers will appear under Device Hub once installed.
Step 3: Fund your SendPro Online account
For Royal Mail letters and large letters: To add funds and start printing postage, click the plus icon "+" next to ‘Postage Account Balance’ in the top menu bar. Select or type in the amount you’d like to add and hit ‘Add funds’.
For parcels through Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide: These will be debited direct from your Pitney Bowes® PrePay account or Purchase Power account.
You are now ready to start printing your postage and take advantage of savings.
