What is changing on my Purchase Power account?
You will no longer have to pay in full each month. You can choose to pay any amount from a minimum sum of 1% of the amount borrowed, plus interest fees and charges, up to the full balance. Full details on all charges and fees are available in the Credit Agreement that you will need to sign to take advantage of this new benefit.
Will this affect my existing equipment contract?
No, your equipment relationship with Pitney Bowes remains the same.
Will I get a new Purchase Power account number?
Will my existing balance move over to the new Purchase Power account?
Your account number will stay the same and any balances on your existing Purchase Power account will automatically transfer to the new terms.
Will my meter be automatically set up for this new Purchase Power account?
Yes. Because your account number will be the same, there will be no need to change anything about your meter set up.
Are there additional charges?
No. There is no additional charge for using your meter or re-crediting your meter. Please note: there will be finance charges (interest) charged on any balance that you carry into a future month. An explanation of all charges that may be payable are set out in the contract documentation sent to you and in the credit agreement.
What are the charges for balances not paid in full?
The Annual Percentage Rate for this account will be 19.9%. Full details on all charges and fees are set out in the documentation sent to you and in the Credit Agreement you will need to sign to take advantage of this new benefit.
