Pitney Bowes SendProTM Quick Start Guide

UK Quick Start Guide.

1. Sign In to your Pitney Bowes Account
 

2. Enter Package Information

  • Post code of recipient – type in manually or choose from your address book
  • Dimensions & Weight
     

3. Select Service

  • Compare available options and choose the one best suited for your shipment
     

4. Enter Complete Address of Recipient

  • If you chose an address from your address book in step 3, the address will autopopulate. If not, the address can still be chosen from your address book, or manually entered
  • Enter email address(es) if you wish to have tracking notifications sent
  • Select the appropriate cost account for the shipment as needed
     

5. Print Label

  • Select Print at the bottom of the screen. The Label Options screen will open:
    • Plain Paper A4 to print on a standard printer
    • Roll – 4” x 6” to print on your SendKit thermal label printer
  • Select Print. The shipping label opens in PDF format which can be printed immediately or saved for future printing
     

6. Tracking

  • On the welcome screen, your recently shipped parcels appear – click ‘Track’ to view parcel status and Proof of Delivery where applicable
     

7. Payment Processing

  • Parcel postage will be added to your Purchase Power account and will be itemized on your monthly statement
