Have you recently upgraded your current meter?

Depending on the model of your meter, we have a different process that you will need to follow:

Self-Install Machine*

If you have upgraded your self-install machine, you have received a ‘Collection Request Form’ in the box with the new machine. Please complete this form and email it to our IRSC mailbox.

Once we have received the completed form, Pitney Bowes will arrange for UPS to collect your old machine within 5 working days.

If you have any queries relating to the collection,  email  IRSC mailbox quoting the serial number of the old machine or your Pitney Bowes account number.

Note: The meter you are returning must be placed in a secure box for the courier to take it. It does not need to be placed in its original box. However, must be in a box large enough to close and seal.
