Updating the physical location or billing address of your product using your account

You can change the physical location or billing address for your products using Your Account. 

If you do not have an online account, learn how to create your profile or sign up a new online account.

Change your address using Manage Accounts

Use Manage Accounts to change your physical location or your billing address

  • On the page, locate the Account for the address you wish to update and select the link, Change.
  • Provide the new  address information then select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/orthe billing address.
  • After you update your address, select "I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions checkbox; then select Next and confirm if the address shown is correct.
  • The next page will shows the message that your requested has been successful.

 

NOTE: The update on your live account can take up to 72h.

Change your address using Your Products

Use Your Products to update the physical location of your products or change your billing address:

Once you on the dashboard of your online profile , go to the Your Products section and find the product that needs an address update.

  • Select the "Change address" and provide the new location address.
  • Select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
  • After you update your address, select "I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions" checkbox; then confirm if the address shown is correct.
  • The next page shows that your address has successfully been updated. 

 

NOTE: The update on your live account can take up to 72h.

Create a case to change your address
