Editing an account on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Edit an account when you want to change the account name, code, description, status or password.

Edit an account when you want to change the account name, code, description, status or password.

Important: Once you charge postage to an account, you cannot change the account name or code.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Manage Accounts.

  4. Tap Edit account.
  5. Tap the account you want to edit.
  6. Tap OK.
  7. Make your changes, such as edit the account name, code, description, status or password.
  8. When finished, tap anywhere on the screen, but outside of the fields.
  9. Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
  10. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
  11. Tap Cancel to return to the Envelope Printing app.
