Enter the weight of a mailpiece when you know its weight and are not using the scale.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)
Enter the weight of a mailpiece when you know its weight and are not using the scale.
- Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
- Tap Weight.
- Tap Manual.
- Enter the kilograms and grams.
- Tap Apply.
- Tap Class.
- Tap Start Over to see all the class options.
- Select the class and any special services required.
- Tap Apply.
- Insert the envelope into the device. The device prints the postage.
