Learn how to zero the scale while running mail on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Use this process if you have an attached scale and it displays a weight greater than zero when there is nothing on the scale.
- Select the Run Mail button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
- Select the Weighing icon.
- Select the Attached scale option.
- Select the Zero scale button under the current weight.
