Issue
"Pitney Bowes Fail Safe" message displays on the franking machine at startup.
Cause
The "Pitney Bowes Fail Safe" message indicates one of or more the key on the external keyboard are being held down.
Resolution
- Make sure nothing is on top of the external keyboard.
- If you are not using the external keyboard, either store it upside down or disconnect the USB connector from the rear of the franking machine.
