Arranging Parcelforce Redelivery in SendPro Online

Redelivery will be attempted once if your parcel has not been left at the local post office or with a neighbour.

If this redelivery is unsuccessful, you may ask for a 3rd attempt or for the parcel to be collected.

To do this, please contact Parcelforce:

  1. Go to
  2. Select Receiving a parcel
  3. Select Redelivery and fill in the form.
Note: Redelivery possibilities for international parcels will depend on the destination country and partners therein.
