Arranging Re-delivery- Parcelforce

Re-delivery will be attempted once if your parcel has not been left at the local post office or with a neighbour.

If this re-delivery is unsuccessful, you may ask for a 3rd attempt or for the parcel to be collected.

To do this, please contact us-

  1. go to
  2. Select Receiving a parcel
  3. Select Redelivery and fill in the form.
Note: Re-delivery possibilities for international parcels will depend on the destination country and partners therein.
