Signing in to and out of the Parcel Shipping app on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Sign in to print shipping labels. Signing out prevents unauthorised printing of shipping labels.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)
In order to create and print shipping labels you need to sign in to your shipping labels account. You can also prevent unauthorised printing of labels by signing out of your account when you are away from your device.
Please note that the shipping application for the SendPro C devices does not support Single Sign On for PitneyShip Pro users.
Signing in
Tap Parcel Shipping on the Home screen to sign in to the Parcel Shipping app. You need to enter a name and password.
Signing out
- Tap the user profile icon in the upper right corner of the toolbar to sign out of shipping labels.
- Select Sign out.
