Reprinting a shipping label on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Reprint a shipping label if it does not print correctly.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H20)

If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again.

  1. Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History to open the Shipping History app.
  2. All the shipping labels appear by date. The latest date appears first. The Date column shows the date you purchased the postage.
  3. Find your label in the list.
  4. Tap the label to open the details screen.
  5. Tap Reprint Label twice.
