Reprinting a shipping label on the SendPro C, SendPro+
Reprint a shipping label if it does not print correctly.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H20)
If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again.
- Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History to open the Shipping History app.
- All the shipping labels appear by date. The latest date appears first. The Date column shows the date you purchased the postage.
- Find your label in the list.
- Tap the label to open the details screen.
- Tap Reprint Label twice.
