Reprinting a Parcel Shipping label on the SendPro C, SendPro+

If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again.

  1. Open the Shipping History screen:
    • Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Shipping History, or,
    • Tap Shipping History in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.
  2. All the Parcel Shipping labels appear by date. The latest date appears first. The Date column shows the date you purchased the postage.
  3. Find your label in the list.
  4. Tap the label to open the details screen.
  5. Tap Reprint Label twice.
