Adjusting the scale location code on the SendPro C, SendPro+

When you move your device to a new location or install a new scale, you must modify the location code.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H20)

When you move your device to a new address in a different region or install a new scale, you need to check the location code is correct.

  1. Tap Settings.
    Settings icon
  2. Tap Location & Time Zone.
  3. Check the location code is correct.

  4. Tap Apply to confirm.
