Installing a scale on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Install a scale if you did not install one when you installed your device. Your device contains step-by-step installation instructions for compatible scales.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)

If you did not install a scale when you installed your device you can do it at any time later. Your device contains step-by-step installation instructions for compatible scales:

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Advanced Device Options at the bottom of the Settings screen, and tap Scale Installation Guides.
  3. To view all of the available scales, swipe to the left on the screen.

  4. Tap to select the appropriate scale, then tap Continue.
  5. Follow the instructions displayed on your screen. To advance to the next step, swipe the screen to the left.
