Editing a transaction filter on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P

Edit a transaction filter when you want to change the date range or accounts within a filter.

If you login to the franking machine as an operator or supervisor, this feature is only available to users with supervisor access rights.

  1. Select Manage Accounts in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. Select View and edit transactions. The Filter Transaction List screen appears.
  4. Select Saved filters....
  5. Select the appropriate filter then select Next.
    • Select Add or remove criterion... to add criterion to the filter.
    • To modify an existing filter, select the appropriate filter and make your changes.
    • To remove existing filter criteria, select the appropriate criterion then select Remove Criteria. The franking machine returns to the Filter Transaction List screen.
  6. Select Save to save your changes.
