Edit a transaction filter when you want to change the date range or accounts within a filter.
If you login to the franking machine as an operator or supervisor, this feature is only available to users with supervisor access rights.
- Select Manage Accounts in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
- Select Transactions.
- Select View and edit transactions. The Filter Transaction List screen appears.
- Select Saved filters....
- Select the appropriate filter then select Next.
- Select Add or remove criterion... to add criterion to the filter.
- To modify an existing filter, select the appropriate filter and make your changes.
- To remove existing filter criteria, select the appropriate criterion then select Remove Criteria. The franking machine returns to the Filter Transaction List screen.
- Select Save to save your changes.
