Changing a user's password in SendSuite Tracking

The Tracking application can be used to change the password of the current user:

  1. Launch and sign in to the Tracking application.
  2. Select Help > Change Password.
  3. Enter the current password, then enter and confirm the new password.
  4. Select Save.

The SendSuite Tracking Administration website can be used to change or reset the password of any user:

  1. On the computer that has SendSuite Tracking, open the SendSuite Tracking Administrator website.
  2. Sign in to SendSuite Administrator.
  3. Select Support > Support > Users.
  4. Select Search from the menu on the left.
  5. Select whether to search by UserID or User Name from the menu.
  6. Enter your search criteria.
  7. Select Search.
  8. Locate the desired user and select Edit.
  9. Select Change Password from the menu on the left.
  10. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
  11. Reenter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  12. Select Save.
  13. Select Logout from the menu at the top.
