Checking the postage amounts available and used on the Connect+ and SendPro P

Learn how to check the amount of postage available for printing and the amount of postage that has been printed on the Connect+ series and SendPro P.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
You can view the amount of funds available in your franking machine and the amount you have used.
  1. Select Funds from the Home screen. The screen will display:
    • Available In Meter:
      • Postage in meter: This is the amount of postage that is available to print mail.
      • Total postage used: The is the total amount of postage that has been printed.
  2. Select Continue to return to the Home screen.
