Issue

The SendPro P is displaying error code 0418-42-003E "Print head error in the right slot of {{printaxis}} carriage".

Cause

There is a missing ink cartridge.

Resolution

Install any missing ink cartridges. All of the ink cartridges must be installed at all times. Make sure you are using genuine Pitney Bowes ink cartridges.

If you need ink, order a genuine Pitney Bowes replacement ink cartridge.
