Postage Balance displays "reading" on the Envelope Printing app on the SendPro C, SendPro+
Reboot the [%=Product-Terms.Device%] if the postage balance shows "reading."
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H20)
The Postage Balance says "reading" instead of showing the amount of postage available on the device.
There is an internal component fault.
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the device.
- Unplug the power cord. The screen turns off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
