Printing a permit job on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P

You can print a permit on a piece of mail instead of an indicia. A permit is a postal mark containing a permit number that provides you with special processing or discount rates. You get the permit(s) from the Royal Mail.
  1. Select the Options button at the bottom of the Run Mail screen.
  2. Select Create new job... and then select Permit job.
  3. Select OK. A new job tab appears. 
  4. Select the PPI Licence Number button in the Mail Information list box.
    1. Enter the PPI Licence number.
    2. Select OK.
  5. Select the Class button.
    1. Select the appropriate class.
    2. Select OK.
  6. To save the job, select the Save As link at the top of the screen.
  7. Type in the job name and select OK.
