"Transaction log upload required" message on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Upload your transactions when you see the "Transaction log upload required" message.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)


The device displays "Transaction log upload required" and will not run mail.


Royal Mail periodically requires transaction uploads and the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto will not run mail until the requirement is satisfied.


  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section.
  3. Tap Sync Transaction Data.
