New Features

This section describes the major new features or enhancements that are included in this release.

SendSuite Mobile. Email Conditions.

SendSuite Admin now affords administrators to create conditions for sending emails during SendSuite Mobile synchronization.

SendSuite Mobile. Improved Logging.

SendSuite Mobile logs viewed in SendSuite Admin will now contain user information.

SendSuite Mobile. Logout Cleanup.

Upon logging out, SendSuite Mobile will now attempt to upload to the server any pending requests before completing the logout.

SendSuite Tracking. ADA Flag.

Administrators can now flag recipients as requiring ADA accommodations. This is done by editing the recipient's record in either SendSuite Admin or the Smart Client.

SendSuite Admin. Locker Call back Mechanism.

A checkbox has been added to Setup>Locker Settings whereby an admin may select to enable/disable updating via the PBIL Message Queue. Consult with Pitney Bowes before changing this setting

Support Items

SendSuite Admin. Secure Content Caching

When visiting the SendSuite Admin page, browsers will no longer be permitted to cache secure content.

Smart Client. Field Conditions.

Corrected an issue whereby field-level conditions were not being honoured.

Smart Client. Express Mail Decode.

Postal Authority Express Mail barcodes will now decode properly.

SendSuite Link Installer. Aesthetics.

Corrected some aesthetics issues related to button placement in the SendSuite Link installer.

Smart Client. Attempted Group Delivery.

An attempted group delivery will result in all packages receiving First Attempt date and time stamps. Previously, only Last Attempt was updated with time and date.

SendSuite Mobile. Idle Logoff.

In SendSuite Admin>Setup>SendSuite Mobile>General Settings there is a new setting which allows an administrator to specify the amount of idle time after which a user will be automatically logged out of SendSuite Mobile.

Smart Client. Group Delivery Carrier Prompt.

Resolved a defect in which the Smart Client would prompt the user to select a Carrier upon scanning a tracking barcode irrespective of the fact that the carrier had already been set for the package record during the receiving process.
